These terms apply when you use directbacwater.com or buy from Direct Bac Water, 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan, Wyoming. By placing an order you accept them.

Who may buy

You must be of legal age where you live and have a delivery address in the United States. We may refuse or cancel any order, and may limit quantities per person, household or order.

Intended use

Our products are sold for laboratory research and for the reconstitution of legal, physician-prescribed medications only. They are not to be used for any other purpose. Orders accompanied by messages about any other use will be cancelled and refunded.

Product information

We describe each product as accurately as we can, including its size, contents and labelling. Information on this site is general reference material and is not medical advice.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. If a price is shown in error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

Payment

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit and debit cards, and Zelle, as offered at checkout. Card and wallet payments are taken when the order is placed. Orders paid by Zelle are held until the payment arrives and are cancelled if it has not arrived within the time stated at checkout.

Stock and order acceptance

An order is accepted when we dispatch it. If we cannot fill an order in full, we will tell you and refund any payment for items we cannot send.

Shipping

Dispatch times, services and costs are set out in our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Quality guarantee, returns and refunds

Damaged, faulty, wrong or missing items are covered by our 30-Day Quality Guarantee. Sterile goods are not returnable for a change of mind. Details are in our returns and refunds policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
